Along with a biography of St. Francis and testimonies of those who have encountered St. Francis, in this book you will find stunning photos that were taken while we were filming Sign of Contradiction. It was our desire that we visit Assisi during different times of the year in order to experience all that Assisi had to offer. And did we ever.

The articles and stories found within these pages were written by friends of mine and will hopefully help you to appreciate St. Francis and some of the things that he held dear. My hope is that from the images and the words you will come to a deeper understanding and love of St. Francis.
